From the song

Wahid واحد by SNX

A short, playful declaration of loyalty built around the word "one". The speaker says he has nothing but happiness and no alternative, and calls to the one whose heart is a clinic, someone who brings tenderness and healing. The hook says it again and again: only one. No one pleases him except one person, the dear one, the precious one, the tender one, the one who respects him and has patience with him. The word is stacked into a counting chant, one on one on one, until it becomes a kind of drumbeat.

Deeper meaning

The title is the number one, and it is also the ordinary word for "someone". The joke of the counting chant is that a love song can be reduced to a single number without losing its meaning. The image of a heart as a clinic, a place where one goes to be treated, is the only metaphor, and it carries the song's sense of being cared for.
