From the song

Ughniya 'Ala Rawqan أغنية ع روقان by SNX

A small Egyptian sulk set to a groove. Just say it straight out, he says, say it right away. Spoil me, because I am upset. This round I am cross. The title means a song at ease, and the mood is exactly that: the grudge is half real and half an invitation to be coaxed.

Deeper meaning

It is a song about pretending to be angry so that someone will make a fuss of you. The ease in the title is the trick. He says he is hurt in a voice that sounds relaxed, and the relaxed voice is the clue that it is a game.
