Remember

تذكّر

Poems inspired by SNX's songs, retold by AIA Labs.

From the song

Remember تذكّر by SNX

An awakening call. Now is the time, open your eyes, see the vision clearly. The gift you were given was in you long ago. You are spirit in a system, bigger than the body and bigger than your name, a passing light wearing skin for a while. You chose this life for a reason. The truth is you never left, you were only asleep. Stars, sea and dawn sing your name.

Deeper meaning

Forgetting as sleep and remembering as waking, which is the old idea that learning is recollection. It also recalls the Sufi practice of remembrance. Life is shown as a chosen mission, not an accident.
