Ishha
عيشها
Poems inspired by SNX's songs, retold by AIA Labs.
From the song
Ishha عيشها by SNX
A Moroccan Darija party song with a friendly, bossy refrain: live it. She is very sweet, very pretty, and she is lit up. Don't drag her into problems. Just live her, come on, live her. A final run of the cheer fills the ending.
Deeper meaning
It is advice about how to love a bright thing without ruining it. The command to live her is partly about the woman and partly about the moment, the idea being that joy dies when it is carried into trouble. The song is lightly sung, but the instruction is almost a philosophy: keep what is good out of the quarrels.
