Float تطفو by SNX

A swimmer who did not know how to run. The more he fought the water, the faster he sank. Nights got harder. Some days the sea is calm, some days it is an ocean, and you do not know drowning until you are in it. Then the discovery: stop fighting. Pain will not drown you if you let it pass, so slow down and float. The light comes back.

Deeper meaning

The paradox of surrender: panic sinks you and release keeps you up. It reads as a plain, honest picture of living with depression or grief. Healing comes from acceptance, not combat. The Arabic title means "it floats".
