Burned It
أحرقته
Poems inspired by SNX's songs, retold by AIA Labs.
From the song
Burned It أحرقته by SNX
He took everything, poured fire on it, and watched every bridge burn. The lies his comfort was built on, the voices that were never his, everything that chained him, all became smoke behind him. He struck the match himself, and they thought he would cry. Everyone warned him that you cannot tear down a life built over years, but some houses are cages painted to look pretty. Fire does not ask whether it was worth it; it only shows what was never yours. When the last wall fell and the last flame went out, he saw the sky for the first time. Everything he lost was never really him.
Deeper meaning
Chosen destruction as liberation, and a clean break with roles and possessions. Loss is redefined as the removal of what was never the self.
