From the song
Banat بنات by SNX
A Moroccan party song to the girls. Oh girls, most beautiful of the beautiful, where did you come from, where were you? I am with you the whole night. The girls remind us of things we never forgot. Then the humour: a fellow who goes into the tent is poor thing, a dancer who falls for a rhythm, and a joke that Moroccan girls should be sent off to another planet because they are too much.
Deeper meaning
It is a flirting song with a wink. Its warmth is in the shared teasing, and the idea of exporting the girls to space is the compliment dressed as a complaint. It is also one of the few songs in the catalogue addressed to a group of women and not to one.
