Tehebni

A warm Egyptian-Arabic love song in a woman's voice. She says she is entirely with him when his hands touch her, that his eyes hold her and her heart calls for him. She feels his love when he looks at her, and her heart tells her that he loves her. She senses him even when he is far away, and a single word, or a sudden thought, is enough to tell her it was about her. The feeling is old, she says, and she knows it is right. She cannot be angry at him even when he provokes her, and she is happy simply being with him. The chorus keeps returning to the idea of the heart asking: do you love me?
