Hbali

A playful Levantine standoff over a party beat. Without you I became like the crazy ones, says the singer, and you want me to stay sane without you? A friend is quoted asking how to keep his head, and the answer is a dare: show me your mind. The singer says he picked up his reason and threw it away. The chorus keeps repeating that act of tossing sense aside, like a stamp. A middle passage lists things that have lost their place in the night, the star that has left the sky, the pen that has run dry, the tear with nowhere to go, and ends back at the same craziness.
